WK Gardner is a 3rd Generation Builder, a follower of Christ, and a leader of men
W.K. Gardner Construction, we strive to provide the highest quality of workmanship backed by over 34 years experience in Residential and Commercial Building.
We are a "HANDS ON" company that prides itself with building relationships with our clients that insure the building or remodeling process is efficient, transparent and handled with the same commitment to quality that we would expect in our own home.
Whether we are beginning with a custom built home or simply adding finished space to a bonus room or basement. W.K. will be there from day one until the job is complete.

Shannon Gardner

Interior Designer/Owner/Vice-President

Shannon Gardner is an educated interior designer, follower of Christ, and someone who can really see the big picture and understand the clients wants/needs.
Shannon grew up in a family fabric business that started with her grandfather as Mr. Hancock’s second customer in Tupelo, MS. Being a part of the Hancock Fabric’s family for over 60 years gave her the knowledge of design at an early age. Being raised with a very talented seamstress family she knew her life would be in design but more on the fashion end of the spectrum. Then she met Kerry and fell in love with Residential Architecture and Interior Design.
Working along side her husband has been a joy and an awarding experience for the last 33 years.
Kerry and I work well together as a design and builder duo!! We complement one another on the jobs we are lucky to be apart of. All in all it has been a joy doing what we do together. W. K. Gardner’s business will continue to design and bring customers dreams to reality.

Will Gardner

Lead Builder/Marketing/Partner

Will Gardner often referred to as "Smalls" on the job site is an ex-college basketball player, a follower of Christ, and a 4th generation builder
Will has been building/learning alongside WK for over 10 years now
Will uses the knowledge from his mother and father to meet with clients and discuss their dreams as well as go out on to the site and make them a reality
He is most grateful for his hardworking mother and father who have laid a foundation and he is ready to assist them in helping other people achieve their goals
